All custom designs require final approval via signed digital confirmation before production.

Natural material variations (e.g., bamboo grain, silk texture) are inherent to craftsmanship and not considered defects.
2. Production & Modifications

Design Freeze: No changes permitted 24 hours after confirmation.

Artisan Time Reservation: A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your slot in our master artisans' schedule.
3. Delivery Commitment
