1. Order Confirmation

By placing an order, you agree:

  • All custom designs require final approval via signed digital confirmation before production.

  • Natural material variations (e.g., bamboo grain, silk texture) are inherent to craftsmanship and not considered defects.


2. Production & Modifications

  • Design Freeze: No changes permitted 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Artisan Time Reservation: A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your slot in our master artisans' schedule.


3. Delivery Commitment

  Standard Rush (30% fee)
Production Time 14-21 business days 7-10 business days
Shipping FedEx International Priority (3-5 days) DHL Express (1-3 days)

Excludes Chinese public holidays and material sourcing delays.


4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate measurements (we recommend professional sizing services).

  • Secure import permits for restricted materials (e.g., CITES-protected ivory-free antique silk).


5. Force Majeure

Traditional craft risks include:

  • Natural dye batch variations

  • Bamboo curing humidity fluctuations

  • Artisan health emergencies

We will notify you within 48 hours of any delays exceeding 7 days.


6. Dispute Resolution

  • Arbitration through AAA Commercial Rules (New York jurisdiction).

  • Maximum liability limited to order value.
